From field to life, our code of ethics
INTEGRITY • COURAGE • HUMILITY • INDUSTRY • PRIDE • RESPECT
#1 Sweep the Sheds
‘Never be too big to do the small things that need to be done’
At the end of practice or a game, do you take a moment to clean up after yourself? Do
you put away the balls, cones, and other equipment? Some of the best players in the
world practice a principle called "sweeping the sheds," which is all about personal
humility. It's not about being seen or praised—it's about taking responsibility and doing
the little things, even when no one is watching.
Humility may seem surprising in a team aiming for greatness, but it’s at the heart of
what we do. It’s impossible to reach your full potential if you don’t stay grounded and
humble. Success is built on strong values and keeping our feet on the ground is one of
the most important.

#2 Go for The Gap
‘When you’re on the top of your game – change your game’
When you're playing your best, that's the perfect time to push even harder. Stay on the
lookout for opportunities to improve, adapt, and grow. Just like the best teams, we keep
getting better by embracing change and finding new ways to improve. The more we
grow and learn, the stronger we become as a team.
—
#3 Play with Purpose
‘Ask, why?’
To reach your full potential, find your bigger reason.
Great players are driven by something bigger than just the game. Leaders inspire by
helping others connect their personal goals to the team's mission. When you
understand why you're doing something, it gives you purpose and direction—pushing
you to be a better player and a stronger teammate.
—
#4 Pass the Ball
‘Leaders create leaders’
It’s about more than just playing the game—it’s about creating something bigger than
ourselves.
In our club, we believe that each player’s success is linked to the success of the whole
team. Everyone has a role, and everyone’s contribution matters. When you take
personal responsibility and put in the effort, you're not just helping yourself—you’re
helping the team grow stronger.
We build a culture where each player feels they belong, where everyone is empowered
to contribute, and where success is shared by all. By working together, we create a
sense of purpose that drives us to push harder, perform better, and always support
each other.
#5 Create a Learning Environment
‘Small improvements lead to big results’
As leaders our job is to help everyone grow—whether it’s on the field, in training, or as a
teammate. We focus on the small things—those little 1% improvements that add up
over time. By finding ways to get just a little bit better in everything we do, we build
momentum and create an edge in performance. These small gains, stacked together,
lead to major progress both individually and as a team.
—
#6 Be a Team Player
Follow the spreadhead
Stick together, work together.
In our club, we believe that the strength of the team lies in every single player. Just like
a wolf pack, we're stronger when we support each other and work as one. No one is
more important than the team—everyone plays a vital role. We lift each other up, we
push each other to be better, and we always make sure no one is left behind.
—
#7 Embrace Expectations
‘Aim for the highest cloud. Embrace the fear of failure’
In our club, we believe in aiming for the top. Great athletes set high standards for themselves and always strive to go beyond them. When you embrace high expectations, you push yourself to achieve more than you thought possible. We challenge each other to aim higher, work harder, and exceed our own limits—because that’s how we grow and succeed, both as individuals and as a team. We don’t shy away from pressure or difficulty. We embrace challenges because they help us grow. The road to greatness is paved with hard work, perseverance, and resilience.
—
#8 Train to Win
‘Practice under pressure’
The best players don’t just perform well—they thrive under pressure. By practicing with intensity and pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, you’re training your mind and body to handle the heat when it counts. The more you challenge yourself, the more natural it becomes to perform at your best, no matter the situation. If you're not stepping up and growing, you're not moving forward. Every time you push past your limits, you get closer to peak performance.
#9 Keep a Blue Head
‘Control your attention’
Learning starts with listening, not speaking. In our club, we understand that the first step in improving is taking the time to listen and learn. When you’re under pressure, how you manage your focus is key. Great players know how to switch from feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed – the "red head" – to calm, clear, and focused – the "blue head."
When you’re in "red head" mode, you might feel tense, result-driven, or overly aggressive—like you're trying too hard. But when you switch to "blue head," you can stay relaxed, in the moment, and fully focused on executing your best. By mastering this switch, you can handle pressure with ease and keep your performance at its peak.
—
#10 Know Thyself
‘Keep it real, be yourself, always’
In our club, we value honesty, integrity, and being genuine with one another. Great leaders create an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up, having honest conversations, and challenging each other respectfully. It's about knowing each other for who we really are—flaws and all—and supporting each other to grow. When we keep it real, we build trust, respect, and a stronger team bond.
—
#11 Invent Your Own Language
‘Sing your world into existence’
Words have power.
In our club, we focus on three core values: humility, excellence, and respect. These values are more than just words—they shape the way we play and interact with each other. When we speak with purpose and intention, we create a culture that binds us together as a team. Leaders inspire by telling stories that reflect these values, helping everyone see the bigger picture and understand the path to success. Together, we shape our future through the language we use and the beliefs we hold.
—
#12 Sacrifice
‘Find something you truly believe in and dedicate yourself to it.
Champions don't just meet expectations—they exceed them. They go the extra mile, putting in the hard work and dedication, because they’re driven by something bigger than themselves. On the field, you leave everything out there, knowing your teammates are doing the same for you. It's about commitment, sacrifice, and giving your best for the team.
—
#13 Ritualize to Actualize
‘Create a culture’
Great leaders build rituals that bring the team together and keep everyone focused on what matters most. In our club, we establish meaningful routines and traditions that remind us of who we are and why we play. These rituals help us reflect on our journey, reinforce our shared values, and reignite our passion for the game. By creating these connections, we strengthen our team identity and stay motivated to reach our collective goals.
—
#14 Be a Good Ancestor
‘Plant trees you know you’ll never see’
In our club, we believe that great leaders lay the groundwork for future success, even if they won’t be around to see it. Just like planting trees that others will enjoy, we focus on passing down knowledge, wisdom, and values to the next generation. By doing this, we honor those who came before us and set an example for those who will follow. You’re not just playing for today—you’re building a legacy.
